Scott Wise – Role: Investigator
Scott Wise is a long-time paranormal researcher who lives in Columbus, Ohio. Scott assists GRI with evidence analysis despite his considerable distance and brings years of experience to the team with our investigations.
He was formally based near the classic Civil War battlefield town of Gettysburg, PA and conducted many investigations of that area.
He has a long history of working in the paranormal and appeared on a wide variety of radio shows, discussing and sharing evidence of the paranormal on-air, in addition to his field work investigating Civil War haunts.
Scott’s current role is helping to analyze evidence collected by GRI and he is also conducting paranormal research into EVPs in a program with GRI founder Jon Almada.
In Scott’s own words:
I have always been interested in everything paranormal, and spent countless hours reading and researching what I could about the subject. This was before all the paranormal shows got so popular. I have been asked many times why I wanted to become a paranormal investigator.
It would be the lack of paranormal occurrences in my life. I was always so open to the possibility that spirits do exist. I made up my mind to try to do something to increase my chances of witnessing something otherworldly.
From there I contacted a paranormal group in the area. I joined the team and over the years I have heard and seen things I thought I never could. I would like to thank Jon for giving me this opportunity. I am looking forward to assisting the team in any way and I am looking forward to what lies ahead of us in the field of the paranormal.
